Jonathan Eric Tucker is a Registered Architect, holding licenses in New York & Colorado. He is NCARB Certified. He currently practices as Project Architect with the acclaimed New York City office of Resolution: 4 Architecture (RES4).He completed his Master of Architecture degree at Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to completing his M.Arch degree at SCI-Arc, he studied in the M.Arch program at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. While enrolled at Pratt, he earned a Graduate Fellowship with The Buckminster Fuller Institute, also in Brooklyn. He received his Bachelor of Environmental Design degree (B.Envd) from the University of Colorado at Boulder.In his role as Project Architect, he has high-end residential experience in all phases of project design and execution: documentation of existing site and building conditions; building code and zoning analysis; Schematic Design; Design Development, including consultant coordination; Construction Documentation; bidding & contract negotiations; and Construction Administration, including composing Architect's Supplemental Instructions (ASI), responding to general contractors' Requests for Information (RFI), reviewing Submittals, Shop Drawings, Change Orders, and Payment Requisitions; field observation and coordination with GC's, and composing Field Reports & Punch Lists.Jonathan's experience working in small residential architecture offices has afforded him consistent opportunities and responsibility for maintaining client relationships and communication on behalf of the principals/partners as the point-of-contact throughout the duration of high-end residential projects.
