Responsible for the Company’s entire Intellectual Property portfolio. Legal support for the Digital Products franchise, including the launch of the Evolv Eva, a personal safety app, and half of the Sales regions.

Corporate Counsel for Hologic’s Breast and Skeletal Health Division. Primary commercial counsel for Sales, Screening and Artificial Intelligence franchises. Partnered on business development and cross-functional teams for complex M&A, collaboration, licensing, partnership, commercial, R&D, clinical trial, consulting, sponsored research, and service projects.• Lead counsel for multiple strategic acquisitions, from inception through integration. Two acquisitions with no outside counsel support.• Partnered with business development and R&D to deliver strategic licensing, partnerships and alliances with Artificial Intelligence and digital imaging software companies.• Provided commercial legal guidance for marketing pieces as a member of the advertising and marketing literature review committee including physician and patient-facing education and promotion materials for traditional and social media.• Closed spokesperson agreements with two Grammy award winning artists, Marketing Integration Agreements involving two Warner Bros.’ Emmy award winning TV shows, and influencer agreement campaigns involving a Daytime Emmy winning former E! News host. • Provided counsel on a broad range of legal issues including application and interpretation of FDA regulations, the Sunshine Act, the False Claims Act, the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback statutes, HIPAA, data security and privacy regulations.• Selected as a Hologic Breakthrough Delegate for the Massachusetts Conference for Women held on December 2, 2021.• Selected by the Global Leadership Team as one of nine 2021 Hologic honorees to attend the NASDAQ opening bell ceremony on October 4, 2021.

Corporate Counsel for Veolia North America's Municipal and Commercial business involving energy, water and waste water projects throughout North America. Practice spanning contract development and negotiation, M&A, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, public procurement, labor and employment, investigations, dispute avoidance and complex commercial litigation. Primary in-house counsel for the Central Region.
