My tenure was cut short due to marketplace conditions, however, but while there I transitioned Customers to new master agreements to streamline their orders, organized over 20 years of paper files into a searchable electronic files database, oversaw Corporate Compliance Training and created new processes for Contract review, submission, administration and archival. While most of the team was based in the Dallas area, I also supported sales staff in Europe, United Arab Emirates, China, Brazil, Singapore and Philippines.
