My employment background is in Distribution and Transportation. In both fields I learned the importance of communication, punctuality, team building and leadership. I pride myself in my ability to work well on my own or in a group environment. When the opportunity arose to acquire new skills or advancement opportunities, I was up for the challenge. Now I feel like at this stage in my life I'm ready to use those skills and abilities in a new career field.In completing my Brainstation Diploma, I acquired a knowledge of HTML, CSS (SASS), JavaScript, React and other languages used in software development to produce single page and multiple page applications. Though not a master of these languages, I plan on honing my skills through future projects, and adding to my repertoire of knowledge.
