Jonathan is an accomplished professional with a dynamic and diverse portfolio of leadership, teamwork, and excellence in Accredited Quality Management Systems, Continual Improvement, Strategic Planning, Technical Customer Service, Operations, Materials Testing, and Cybersecurity.Throughout his over 30-year career, Jonathan has gone from a U.S. Marine and Aircraft Technician to Manufacturing Production Leader, and to Director of Quality and beyond. As part of the Executive Team at Laboratory Testing Inc. (LTI), he provides a clear focus on quality, compliance, and operational excellence for mission-critical materials testing in various industries, including Aerospace, Defense, and Nuclear Power Generation.At LTI, Jonathan is a skilled communicator who plays a leading role in building trust and providing clarity to all stakeholders in support of business objectives and industry requirements, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance in critical supply chains. He uses a data-driven, systematic, and collaborative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Jonathan holds a BS degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality & Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE). In his free time, Jonathan volunteers at Calvary Chapel Central Bucks and previously served many years on the Executive Board for the North Penn High School Music Aides, in support of the Marching Knights and the music program.
