Perform web assessments by scanning/evaluating servers and websites. Discuss and consult with users/units on website security and determine solutions. Also part of the intrusion detection team, monitoring for and detecting attacks and threats across the University network. Utilize Splunk to come up with searches and dashboards to provide insight into logs and other information. Help with incident response for compromised hosts and reported security incidents.

Helped manage the campus Mac labs by testing, installing and updating workstation software. Technical lead on the video streaming service (streaming.psu.edu), rebuilding the service with new hardware(Xsan and Xserves) while also maintaining and adding features to the web portal.
