• Managing the implementation, configuration, and training for TouchBistro Value-Added Services (Reservations, Online Ordering, Loyalty, Gift Cards)•Testing and management of Salesforce CRM•Recording and producing training videos; hosting live training webinars for TouchBistro clients•One-on-one customer training, followed by usage tracking & frequent follow-ups•Delivering feedback to Product and Development teams to enhance customer experiences

• Providing software and hardware support via phone, email, and chat• Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks using TeamViewer software• Determining the dynamic IP addresses and reserving the static IP addresses of a variety of devices including payment terminals (Verifone, Ingenico, Magtek, Genius); printers (Star, Epson); routers (Apple, Amplifi, Asus); cash drawers (MMF, Star, APG); barcode scanners (Socket 700 series); iPads and Mac computers• Transferring SQL files from Mac devices in order to reconcile customer data issues• Conferencing with a variety of payment gateways including Chase, Moneris, Worldpay, TSYS, Paymentsense, and our own in-house TouchBistro Payments department• Delivering customer feedback to Product and Development teams to enhance customer experiences
