Deepwater drilling engineer in the GOM. Drilled HP well at Shenandoah in Walker Ridge. Issues included dealing with WCD APB design, subset losses and complex geology. Drilled three wells in the Horn Mountain area of Mississippi Canyon. All work was done with deepwater drillship. Worked in the Appalachia Basin, Marcellus shale as both engineer and operations manager. Worked as engineer in the East Texas/North Louisiana region.

I worked as an Operations Support Center Superintendent monitoring the activities of 16 horizontal drilling rigs in the Fayetteville Shale

Working as a Directional Driller with Experience in the Haynesville Shale, Colony Wash in Oklahoma, Barnett Shale, New Albany shale and South Mississippi.

Worked as an MWD Field Engineer. Experience with GE Tensor tool that provides directional and gamma information. I communicated with drilling supervisors and geologists to aid in planning well bore trajectory.

Working as an MWD/LWD Engineer with experience in Gulf of Mexico and Texas. I have worked with LWD logging tools (resistivity, gamma) and seen how they are part of the whole drilling process. I have also attended various classes on directional drilling, computer acquisition systems.

Worked in developing a 300 well addition to an already existing coal bed methane (CBM) project. This project included site preparation, pipeline installation, well monitoring, environmental issues, and well optimization. The project also involved a telemetry system that would allow the operator to control the whole field from his desktop computer.

During an internship in college. I monitored 115 wells on a daily basis. I was responsible for transport of fluids (oil and water) and also worked on choosing an automation system for producing wells.
