-For more than 25 years Jonathan FOX has worked in parallel as a theatre director a business event director and a coach. As an independent cultural project manager he has initiated a great number of projects in various profit and non-profit environments.-Since 1997 Jonathan works exclusively as a HR Consultant for PerCo an Evidence Based HR Training and Counseling company.-It is in this setting that he is able and happy to couple his artistic experience with his long lasting interest in the field of human sciences. Jonathan is passionate about Evolutionary Psychology and strives to show how it's founding principles can help people in companies and hospitals enhance leadership, and collaboration.-Together with colleagues Jonathan has been devising and piloting long term Intercultural Leadership Programs within global companies. Those tracks bring together leaders from Asian, African and Middle-East countries for extensive training and coaching enabling them to distinguish what is culturally variant from what is humanly universal.-Jonathan also specialises in helping teams, departments or companies reflect on the purpose of what they're doing, their Collective Ambition, and how to translate it into participative objectives.-Helping high level managers to prepare important strategic communications, focusing on the message and on the messenger, is also one of Jonathan's favourite missions.-Jonathan works on an international level (UK, Sweden, France, Burkina Faso, DubaÏ, Doha) and enjoy's nothing more than the stimulation of meeting people of different backgrounds.
