As a highly experienced investment performance measurement and attribution leader, I have been successfully heading up and developing teams, whilst also implementing solutions and enhancing processes, across leading asset managers and solution providers for several years, based in both London and Edinburgh.In that time, I have been Head of Performance at a number of major institutions, building my leadership and professional skills including project management, decision making, communication and organisational skills, whilst adding value to the investment process. And through my experience as a Product Manager, I have also developed exceptional technical knowledge that has led to enhancing software solutions and scaling up revenue as a result.I am passionate about the industry and what I am most proud of however are the teams I have built up, and what we have achieved together, always with a client focus. I love sharing my expertise and knowledge through stakeholder engagement, facilitating collaboration, successfully executing projects, and solving problems together across the entire investment firm. And a lot of that team ethic comes from my major passion of football. As well as being someone still trying to play beyond their peak years, I am a keen follower, and also act as a volunteer coach for my son’s team which is (usually) a rewarding experience. I am very proud of what I have achieved in my professional life so far and look forward to further accomplishments to come.
