• Establishment and definition of customer clubs managed in the company's SaaS system.• Diagnosing and solving complex faults in the use of understanding the system logic and reading SQL logs.• Using the capabilities and logic of the system to create unique and complex target audiences for implementation in sending marketing communications to club members.• Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in combination with providing a telephone response to faults and inquiries from the company's customers.• Establishing and implementing various benefits and programs while utilizing the system's capabilities for the company's customers including: Roladin, Black, Vanillia, Bfresh and more.• Providing professional service and responding to malfunctions in the channels - telephone, email and WhatsApp.
