I started one of the University of Central Florida’s first Twitter accounts in 2009, and co-founded the the university's social media managers working group in 2013, advocating for a university-wide social media structure where previously none had existed.With over 10 years of experience in writing, design, and digital marketing, I am a solution specialist/cluster lead at Deloitte Consulting, where I build social media listening dashboards and oversee the work of five social media analysts, providing social media services to government clients, helping them monitor, measure, and optimize their online presence and engagement. Previously I served as project manager for 14+ analysts in our social media delivery pool.I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies and creating and sharing compelling stories that inspire and connect people.
