Through this understanding I was able to work closely across disciplines and divisions to drive the strategic direction of the PureApplication product line.In order to drive the product roadmap and enhancements, I has to apply design thinking methods to generate and validate key user personas and scenarios. Based on these insights, I was able to facilitate cross-discipline prioritization of resources with design, development, sales, and support working towards a common offering roadmap and revenue goal. -
