Throughout my time at Napleton Automotive, I was given the job to ensure a series of tasks were complete. These tasks are but are not limited to -Assisting damages and quality control.Talking to customers.Logistics on delivery and pick-up vehicles.Consulting with customers upon arrival within the service lane.Ensuring the customer's wait time is minimal while corresponding with the technician, ultimately deciding what route is best for the customer.Data entry of all customer info, repairs, cost, etc.Working with multiple insurances and extended warranty companies, filing claims, and following up.Calculations for all repairs with tax, shop supplies, parts and labor.
