Build strong relationships with current clients by providing them with insights into their data, giving suggestions on how to increase leads and aiding with technical implementation issues, which has helped attain a 100% customer retention rate. Assist in user adoption of platform through training of new users (both technical and non-technical), creating training documentation, as well as turning user feedback into UX improvements. This has helped drive a 104% increase in monthly users, from 2013 to 2014, spanning across the US, Canada, Australia and Brazil.
