With over 20 years of experience as a CFO in the sports and entertainment industry, I have developed and executed financial strategies and plans that have enabled organizational growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. I have a CPA and an MBA in finance, and I have leveraged my analytical skills, business acumen, and industry knowledge to create value and deliver excellence for diverse sports and entertainment businesses.Most recently, I was the CFO of Ryan Sanders Sports Services, a multifaceted organization that operates across the turf, food and beverage, and media sectors. There, I designed and developed a detailed pricing index for long-term contractual engagements, merged four companies onto the same ERP platform, and contributed to the scaling of the turf and food and beverage business. Prior to that, I reduced the cash burn rate, increased the revenue, and raised capital for VYPE, a media company focused on high school sports. I have also provided strategic and advisory services for finance and tax related activity to sports and entertainment leadership, including private equity groups and professional sports franchises. Throughout my career, I have established and maintained strong relationships with board directors, senior executives, and external partners, and ensured compliance with regulatory agencies.
