About Jonathan Ginter

I am a 30-year veteran of the tech industry, with extensive experience in engineering, product management, leadership, and Agile transformation (Scrum, Kanban, and SaFE). I am the author of a patent on progressive querying of big data. The majority of my career has been spent in commercial B2B solutions for large enterprises around the globe. Most of those products focused on monitoring or automation, whether on-prem or SaaS, and occasionally involved hardware-based solutions as well as mobile compatibility for the UI. I have co-founded three companies and coach entrepreneurs in my spare time.I have direct experience with NodeJS, Java, SQL, Javascript, Angular, HTML, CSS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, REST, TDD, automated testing, DevSecOps, and data privacy / compliance issues.I can build a new product from scratch by working closely with external and internal stakeholders - i.e., customers, sales, marketing, bizdev, support, operations, professional services, security, and legal. I can also take a failing or broken product and turn it into a world-class solution by creating a new product vision that drives a new architecture and then putting an aggressive delivery roadmap into place that inspires the organization to go beyond their perceived limitations. I believe in the power of simplicity and strong user experience.I have led teams of up to 200 people spread across different time zones, including fully virtual teams and outsourcers. I believe in inspirational and supportive leadership where nothing is considered to be impossible. My mission is to incubate talent and turn them into rock stars. I believe that investing time in people can create an unstoppable organization.I have spoken at over 60 events to help educate entrepreneurs on various topics and have frequently given customer-facing presentations at sales events or conferences.
