As the lead policy advisor to Senator Drew Springer, I develop and execute a comprehensive legislative agenda that aligns with the Senator's vision. This includes drafting legislation, conducting bill analyses, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote policy initiatives. I also work closely with businesses, government agencies, VIPs, and elected officials to settle policy conflicts and resolve complex constituent issues.

As a member of the Central Texas Red Cross Disaster Action Team, I collaborated closely with other DAT members, Red Cross staff, and community partners during significant disaster incidents, such as floods, storms, and emergencies, to coordinate effective and immediate assistance, comfort, and support to affected individuals and families.

As a key strategic partner to State Representative Drew Springer, I led a team of 10 members, providing leadership and operational support to implement the Representative's legislative and policy agenda. This included managing schedules, coordinating travel, ensuring effective communication with constituents, and acting as an emissary for the Representative in stakeholder meetings. I also successfully managed public events, traditional media, and digital media platforms, resulting in significant growth in engagement and followers.

As the chief administrator, I managed all executive matters and performed the duties of clerk for the committee during public and workgroup meetings. I conducted extensive investigations, prepared detailed legal and bill analyses, and provided valuable recommendations on various issues and policies, supporting the Chairman and Committee Members in making informed public policy decisions. I prioritized confidentiality, upheld high ethical standards, and fostered positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively representing the Chairman and Committee Members in stakeholder meetings.

As the Committee Director for the Committee on Higher Education, I led and coordinated the committee's efforts in shaping policies and legislation related to higher education. I conducted thorough research and analysis to develop informed recommendations on critical issues such as accessibility, affordability, and quality of higher education. Furthermore, I facilitated productive discussions and collaborations among committee members, stakeholders, and experts to foster meaningful improvements in the higher education sector.

As a Professor of Government, I delivered engaging lectures and seminars on Federal and State Government, updated the curriculum, assessed students, and actively contributed to departmental policies and strategic planning through academic committee participation. I also fostered interdisciplinary research and teaching opportunities by collaborating with colleagues and serving on various committees.
