Early 2013 I started with restructuring their TPA & claimsmanagement division and eventually got involved in the Sales & Account management as well, driving overall P&L. After that I managed the reorganization of the entire company’s operational structure with around 70 FTE in headcount but still in combination with sales supervision. From October 2015 onwards my main responsibility lied in enhancing sales for larger key accounts, followed by the essential key account management. Also during that period of time I carried full P&L responsibility for Belgium as sales director, reporting directly to group C-level.In 2012 Innovation Group also acquired "Teledesk NV" which is a well known name in the Belgian insurance market and from then on the IG Belgium service portfolio consists out of 4 business lines. Operations ManagerHoliday Suites Mar 2012 - Feb 2013Brugge, West-Vlaanderen, BeAfter my internship as accountant for 3 months, I immediately started working within Holiday suites, a subsidiary of the Twin Properties Group. As operations manager I was responsible for all operational processes that had to be in place to fit the business plan the company created, supply chain management, IT,... At that point Holiday Suites had 6 venues for leisure purposes (Belgium & France) with around 200 accommodations for rent and +/- 15 FTE (on-site and internally). I worked closely together with the on-site colleagues, the finance team and the sales/marketing team and reported directly to the group directors. Next to that I was responsible for the integration of the new software that was used for all operational matters (bookings, finance,...).
