    Over 5 years I have been working for The Innovation Group BeNeLux in different roles, but always with a high focus on sales. Early 2013 I started with restructuring their TPA & claimsmanagement division and eventually got involved in the Sales & Account management as well, driving overall P&L. After that I managed the reorganization of the entire company’s operational structure with around 70 FTE in headcount but still in combination with sales supervision.     After my internship as accountant for 3 months, I immediately started working within Holiday suites, a subsidiary of the Twin Properties Group. As operations manager I was responsible for all operational processes that had to be in place to fit the business plan the company created, supply chain management, IT,... At that point Holiday Suites had 6 venues for leisure purposes (Belgium & France) with around 200 accommodations for rent and +/- 15 FTE (on-site and internally). I worked closely together with the on-site colleagues, the finance team and the sales/marketing team and reported directly to the group directors. Next to that I was responsible for the integration of the new software that was used for all operational matters (bookings, finance,...).
