Jon Goin is a fisheries and wildlife biologist and project manager with over 24 years of experience at both small and large environmental consulting firms, federal and state regulatory agencies, and a municipal water district. His areas of expertise include special status species surveys, developing biological technical reports and planning documents, and environmental compliance during project construction and operations. Mr. Goin has extensive experience with linear projects for all major utilities in California; utility-scale solar, wind, and other renewable energy projects; and fisheries and wildlife biology research, monitoring, and field surveys.
