Making the right business decisions relies on various aspects such as financial expertise, business understanding, and strategic planning - this is what I bring to the table. With vast experience in finance management, I gained the financial expertise necessary to guide decision-making and set strategy: establishing financial controllerships in global companies, improving company cost structure, and being responsible for budgets of 100-500M NIS. In my current position I took my expertise to a new segment: Leading all finance aspects of a $350M real estate project. Guiding the project from plan to execution, ensuring all financial and business objectives are met. Gaining knowledge and expertise in the particular financial ins and outs of the Real Estate financial realm, such as analyzing alternatives and working with contractors. All from the beginning to the current final stages of the project.I do believe, that in the business world, making the right decisions in business requires combining business and strategic vision with financial analysis and planning - and yes, this is my strength.
