• Lead and/or assist in a player/coach role in mergers & acquisitions human resources due diligence on simultaneous deals with short deadlines in topics spanning HR litigation, compensation & job classification, benefits, employment practices, organization structure & talent, key employee agreements, retention, unions & works councils• Identify critical compensation and benefit acquisition risks and develop effective integration plans• Provide training and mentoring on due diligence and deal process to business HR leads to develop best-in-class HR M&A and integration capabilities• Redesign, develop and implement company-wide due diligence playbook to create a central location for all deal analysis and training, including due diligence background, initial diligence findings and deliverables, due diligence report writing guidance, automated distribution analysis, final diligence projects, integration training & tools, and background resources• Create acquisition incentive program tracker and communications materials to standardize and streamline process for rewarding successful deal integration
