As Vice President of Marketing for Grado, I've carried over my responsibilities from Director of Social Media and have gained new ones as well. I will be creating and pushing out all social content, as well as running all social media. I will also continue to connect with our fans through all mediums as well as grow our fan base at the same time. My new role also brings the task of product photography, creating video content, and all other marketing materials while discovering new venues for Grado to explore. I'm excited to keep strengthening and embracing our narrative: we're a small family owned audio company that makes products in Brooklyn for those who love music.

As Social Media Director for Grado Labs, I manage all social media outlets for the company: Facebook, Twitter, etc. I converse with our customers, whether it be for a question or just to become closer with our loyal fan base. I also have a part in deciding on the direction and campaigns we do online. As Social Media Director I have run over twenty giveaways for our fans, each being more successful than the last, helping us gain over 40K fans for our small Brooklyn based company.

While at Sonos, I worked at their Studio in Los Angeles, CA. During my time there, I created marketing material, analyzed and their Studio's social footprint, and managed the concerts and events that took place there.

I started work at FIAP as a meek and shy seventeen year old ride operator. In my five summers there, I was promoted to Sectional Manager. Through my triumphs and many mistakes, I gained experience I would not have been able to learn anywhere else. My job consisted of making sure the ride operators were doing their jobs, the rides were running correctly, speaking with nice (but mostly disgruntled) customers, and more. I was told that one of my biggest strengths was understanding a given situation and using my customer service skills to handle it calmly and efficiently. FIAP helped me grow out of my shell and gain casts amounts of valuable experience.
