I have more than 20 years’ experience as a corporate partner, managing market-leading teams in the south east region whilst continuing to act as a lead advisor on M&A transactions, predominantly acting for ambitious, entrepreneurial businesses and acquisitive companies from Uk and internationally.I have twice been named Corporate Lawyer of the Year at the Insider South East Deal Maker Awards, and the DMH Stallard Corporate Department, which I lead, was named Corporate Law Firm of the Year four times in the last ten years.The team operates across the South East and London, with Helen Mead now leading Guildford, and Chris Simmons London.Recent deal have included:Acquisition by French manufacturing group CGR of John Binns &Sons (Springs), based in Skipton, North Yorkshire. This was CGR’s first acquisition in the UK.Sale of content and curation provider - Anders Pink, founded in Brighton, to Australian based Go1.
