I am responsible for consulting with business managers to understand their needs as I develop Benefits, Compensation, and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) strategies. My goal is to support managers as they design hierarchies and department structures to develop career ladders and progressions that will meet future needs. This is accomplished while proactively developing Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS programs that aid in attracting, retaining, and motivating talented colleagues while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws, statutes, and regulations. To continue my personal development, I just completed my Master of Business Administration.
