CurrentKey responsibilities: Executive responsible for managing the operational performance of the agency, including strategic planning with associated project management, grant management, benefit plan management with oversight of billing definitions and adjudication of claims, information technology, and data governance including outcomes and reporting. Guide operational initiatives instrumental in advancing strategic priorities. Monitor and evaluate operations against key performance indicators and responsibly develop and deploy improvements through revised or new policies and procedures. Ensure coordination of internal departments to optimize performance and meet established goals.Serves as an agency representative and liaison with both internal and external stakeholders, including community coalitions/workgroups as well as federal, state, and local officials.
