I helped found AGC Partners, a market leading technology investment bank that specializes in sub $1 billion transactions. Since our inception in 2003, we have closed over 500 M&A and growth equity deals with leading private equity and strategic buyers and we are the market leader in SaaS with 177 transactions since 2010. In my 20+ years as an Investment Banker, I have completed over 150 transactions and focus mainly on C-Suite Solution SaaS businesses. My transactions are typically in the $150mm - $1 billion range and involve often leading private equity firms including Charlesbank, Elsewhere, EQT, Hg, Insight, JMI, K1 KKR, Level, Luminate, Marlin, Silverlake, Silversmith, Sumeru, TA, Thoma Bravo, TPG and Vista. In my COO role, I work on developing and implementing the firm’s financial, operational, and business development strategies. Prior to starting AGC, I worked in SG Cowen’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group.
