I am President of Tungsten Associates. I have nearly twenty years of experience in engineering and construction projects, having both advised clients during the execution of active projects and provided expert analysis and testimony in related disputes. During project execution, I have supported a variety of project functions, including project management, contract management, and project controls (scheduling, progress tracking, and cost controls), while my expert testimony has included opinions on schedule delay and quantum issues. My project experience has spanned numerous industries, including infrastructure, renewable and conventional energy, mining, oil and gas, and commercial and residential construction, and locations around the world, including the Americas, Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East. As related to the resolution of disputes, I have testified in, provided analysis for, and/or participated in ICC and ad hoc arbitration hearings, formal and informal negotiations, mediation, adjudication, and dispute review board proceedings. I earned a degree in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where I also serve as a member of the advisory board for the School of Building Construction. I am certified as a Planning and Scheduling Professional, Certified Cost Professional, and Project Management Professional, and am a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. I have also been selected for recognition in Who’s Who Legal since 2019 for my expertise as related to Construction Quantum and Delay and Mining.
