Mr. Hacker applies his technical background to perform energy analyses, life-cycle costing, and develop predictive econometric models to develop strategic approaches to complex energy and sustainability issues.Mr. Hacker is well versed in all aspects of energy efficiency as it relates to the built environment. He has participated in energy audits, predicted energy and cost savings of energy conservation measures, and helped with capital planning activities. Mr. Hacker has also developed energy management plans, guidelines and practices that impacted more than 160 million square feet of commercial buildings. These efforts required the collaboration of a diverse group of stakeholders, assessment of current operating conditions, and identification of new strategies and business procedures.Mr. Hacker strongly believes in the application of data and data analysis to inform decisions and priorities.
