Appraiser/Consultant/Manager
Current- Real Estate Appraisals, Sales & Consultations as a supervisory appraiser/consultant preparing Real Property Appraisal Reports in over twenty counties including areas in both southwestern and northern Georgia/greater Atlanta with some activity in central Georgia and southeastern Georgia. Also active as a Real Estate Consultant since 1996, a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 12/2003, a HUD/FHA Approved Real Property Appraiser since 2001 and a VA Approved Fee Appraiser since 2004. Master Senior Appraiser with NAMA and an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.Appraisals and/or consultations involving; single and multifamily residential; commercial and industrial properties including office buildings, warehouses, shopping centers, restaurants, hotels, motels, golf courses, country clubs, property development, subdivisions, service stations, churches, farms and condemnation/easement work. Proficient with experience in training and appraisal review with all of the above types. Expertise in appraising properties for special purposes such as foreclosures, tax preparation, condemnation, divorces and estate planning. Appraised or assisted in appraising for both Condemnor and Condemnee in condemnation cases and been qualified as an expert witness.
