I practice transactional entertainment and technology law at Feig/Finkel in Los Angeles and independently. I was a Special Counsel to SAG-AFTRA and am a freelance journalist (former contributor to Puck and former contributing editor for The Hollywood Reporter, where I covered entertainment labor and employment, law and business for a decade).
