Assembled an incredible team of world class digital talent, and am a key driver and leader in our organization's move to agile and our digital transformation roadmap. In this role I was responsible for the front-end development, build and promotion of all consumer-facing web applications at Ameriprise. My primary focus was to develop a new enterprise web platform that delivers on two competing goals: a modern UX and content delivery platform; and at the same time a system and process with strict controls that ensure a highly performant and secure environment for our clients and partners.

At HealthPartners I was responsible for planning and implementing the user experience of all consumer and business portals. The team I managed oversaw the key aspects of interactive initiatives - interactive strategy, front-end development, UX design, project management, business analysis, information architecture, usability testing, analytics and content management. In my role I was a key stakeholder in evaluating, selecting and implementing new portal and content management platforms. I was also responsible for implementing strong, repeatable project and platform management process as well as a consistent software development lifecycle. It was an exciting challenge to take complex services and translate them into a straightforward, clear web experience.
