Our recent recognition on the 2024 INC 5000 list underscores our growth and impact in the home textiles market.My path to leadership spans diverse experiences across finance, operations, and technology. My journey with HiEnd Accents began in my teenage years, unloading containers and learning the business from the ground up. After graduating from the University of Michigan, I started my career in investment banking, where I worked on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments for clients in the TMT industry. I then moved into private equity, evaluating and executing investments and managing portfolio companies. This financial background, combined with my growing interest in entrepreneurship and technology, later led me to co-found a Y Combinator-backed generative AI startup. Throughout these experiences, I maintained a connection to HiEnd Accents, gaining a unique perspective on the industry and our family business that informs my current leadership role.In 2021, I returned to HiEnd Accents with the goal of building the firm into the industry leader in home textiles. In my current role, I'm responsible for our vision, culture, and strategic direction. I lead our team in daily operations, build awareness of our growing brand, and oversee the company's financial health.
