Jonathan has rejoined industry after a short period of teaching. He is very excited about building on his 20 years in Telecoms and IT to take on the challenge of delivering change into organisations who are looking to enhance connectivity and give people better ways to collaborate. Working with SA Group, Jonathan will be using the experience he has gained through working for industry big players such as BT, Vodafone, and Virgin Media as well as smaller change management consultancies to offer a strong delivery proposition. His approach is to engage stakeholders and bring out the best from the individuals in the team, thereby delivering positive outcomes in the most challenging environments.
