When I started out at 19, I had a bank balance of $800, terrible social skills, no business skills and no network. I decided then, having grown up in an environment of lack that enough was enough. I made a commitment to change my skills, my economic future and have not looked back ever since. My business journey thus far has been one of the most mind engaging, eye-opening, exhilarating and humbling experience of my life. Through a focus on learning from industry legends and personal development, at the young age of 21, I managed to achieve financial freedom. Back then, the business I started managed to establish a presence in 8 cities, 4 countries. I decided then to take a break from all the hustling and grinding and spent the next two years travelling and attending personal development retreats. That two years of soul searching and travelling broaden my worldview, improved my understanding of how the world works and gave me a clearer direction on how I would like to be remembered when I’m gone.Returning home from travelling, I got right back into business. Seeking for meaningful and impactful work, I added to my business portfolio, a foray into the educational and training space. Leveraging on my experience with public speaking and peak performance, I took up a partnership with an educational company and have been growing their training division ever since. My ongoing passions are leadership development, business building, motivational speaking, educating, entrepreneurship, personal development, keynote speaking, economics, and a general curiosity to understand how things work. When I’m not busy building meaningful businesses and winning teams, I spend my time reading and learning about the on-goings of the world seeking to improve my being.
