Current• People manager and Finance Integrated Product Team (IPT) manager responsible for portfolio of Development IPT, SEIT IPT, and Logistics IPT programs in support of the USAF EC-37B development program and C-130 sustainment program• Support to governmental proposal and contract development, negotiation, and execution as a prime defense contractor to the USAF; with strict adherence to defense contractor policies, DoD Weighted Guidelines, and EVMS mandates • Committed to employee growth and development allowing employees to build a long term career at BAE Systems• Manages Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) process for monthly and quarterly financial reporting • Mentor members of finance staff on the Earned Value Management System, Life Cycle Management, and financial systems, including Hyperion, Cobra, iPortal, ProPricer, Oracle, and Microsoft productsThe finance organization is a trusted business partner delivering information and innovative solutions for decision-making in order to deliver quality products and capabilities to our customers and, ultimately, the warfighter.
