I have accrued over one year of District Management with Valet Living, over ten years of co-ownership and operation of a local business in the pet industry, and over one year of management experience in the veterinary industry. Through this journey I have learned and honed skills involving recruiting, management/training, payroll, budgets, geofencing technologies, accounting, problem analysis and solving, profit and overhead forecasting, sales, promotion, marketing and growth. I have won multiple awards and competitions within Valet Living and Banfield as a manager, and in the pet industry as a small business owner and breed standard groomer/handler. My strengths lie in building long lasting, loyal teams, getting a business from concept to profitable, and building meaningful relationships with recurring or contracted clients.
