Provide hull, mechanical, and electrical logistical support for the alteration, repair, installation, redesign, or maintenance of complex systems and machinery on the Coast Guard Cutters ranging from 87-270 feet in length. Work includes technical investigation, accumulation of data, and analysis. Review docking plans, pumping plans and detailed drydock certification records. Also, perform weight and moment calculations to determine the net effect of ship modifications.
