Drove strategic initiatives to optimize cloud databases and enhance infrastructure reliability, ensuring scalable and resilient cloud solutions for Google Cloud customers.- Established a Central Reliability Engagement Model with TPM acting as the primary liaison between the central Reliability Infrastructure organization and all GCP and Tech Infra services. This program ensured knowledge sharing as well as technical adoption and policy adherence for all critical production principles – including rollouts, incident management, capacity, monitoring/alerting, dependency mgmt, failure isolation. - Built the Cloud and Infrastructure Databases TPM team and management structure to support the Databases software engineering organization of over 550 engineers. Partnered across SWE, PM, TPM, SRE, EngProd and more. The team oversaw rolling out all horizontal processes – security, reliability, planning/okr’s, deal blockers. Worked deeply with PM and SWE to release all critical and complex product features - enabling significant revenue across Cloud Databases while unblocking internal teams to scale their own product areas across Google and Alphabet. - Built the Reliability Infrastructure TPM team (60+ TPMs) to support over 500 SWEs and SREs focused on Reliability for all of Google Cloud Platform as well as our Tech Infrastructure teams across Google – supporting well over 20,000 engineers.

- Ensured 2,000+ external metrics across all product areas are reviewed according to our established nine best practice areas, including: definition, instrumentation, logging, testing/validation, computation, monitoring/alerting, and go to market planning. - Established metric prioritization framework to ensure product teams place proper focus on critical metrics for financial reporting, billable/payable metrics, CEO/COO comms. - Built a cross-functional Central Metric Review composed of leaders across analytics, product, engineering, sales, partnerships, legal, policy, comms, finance, audit, and more as a SOX Control for FB to ensure quality for the most critical product metrics. - Developed product, engineering, and process improvements to ensure highest quality stats/metrics review across product and non-product organizations related to high profile and/or executive communications. This includes earnings prep, congressional testimony, legal, and financial stats/metrics quality. - Built on the success of the External Metrics Organization, developed an API XFN Organization to perform similar product, engineering and process improvements focused on user data privacy/security as it relates to third party developer APIs.

Built the Data Infrastructure TPM team from the ground-up to 20+ TPMs and managers across Menlo Park and Seattle offices. Helped build overall TPM team to >200 TPMs. - Developed strategy, vision, and execution of roadmaps across all 3 Data Infrastructure orgs (over 300+ engineers) at Facebook: Storage, Compute and Realtime Data / Tooling. - Deliverables from the team included major Hive improvements, Graph Processing development, Stream Processing, Presto, Puma, Scuba, ODS, Query UIs, warm/cold storage, photo/video blob storage, 10x expansion planning of “infrastructure big bets”, storage and compute efficiency and capacity planning, user data privacy/security, disaster recovery, and execution on dozens of other strategic initiatives. - Brought 9 teams from across hardware and software infrastructure engineering to Zuck reviews as a part of an Infrastructure hack-a-thon. - Co-developed and wrote H1/H2 highlights and “Infra Hits” monthly highlights across all of Infrastructure. - With Network Engineering leadership, launched OpenCompute for Network HW.
