My job during this internship is to help with the design and simulation process of automated machines from PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk, Batam. I also helped with the assembly and CNC programming and learned Omron PLC during this internship.Projects:1. Automated Press PCB Machine- Reverse Engineered the Press PCB Machine- Designed the cylinder and brackets- Simulated the automation process- Assembled the machineries2. Automated Final Testing Machine- Reverse Engineered the Final Testing Machine- Designed the conveyor guides- Designed the cylinder and brackets- Simulated the automation process- CNC Programmed the designs- Filtered the materials compatible with the design- PLC3. Automated X-Ray Counter Machine - Reverse Engineered the X-Ray Counter Machine- Designed the layout- Checked the venue and discussed about the most efficient solution- Reverse Engineered the lifter and rotary index- Designed the plate for the rotary index- Designed the frame for the machine- CNC Programmed the designs- Assembled the machineries

As a SGU Brand Champion, I’m part of a team which consists of student ambassadors. Our task is to share our experience in school.

2 months industrial training in ATMI Cikarang have thaught me nothing but to toughen up. The experience was nothing like studying in SGU, so it was nice and also challenging to train there. The instructors were very helpful and I personally enjoyed spending my holiday to be a trainee in ATMI.
