Responsibilities include managing the launch and ongoing support of the firm’s website, editing, formatting and distributing electronic client alerts, articles and event invitations through Butzel’s email marketing system, managing the firm’s CRM database, coordinating firm-wide projects, and working closely with the attorneys on requests for proposals, pitches, presentations and events.• Managed the successful launch of Butzel Long’s websites in 2010 and 2014. Responsibilities included review and approval of design, management of timeline and budget, updating content and bug tracking.• Oversaw the firm-wide rollout of Thomson Reuter’s Business Development Premier (BDP) CRM system. • Assisted in the development of a suite of electronic marketing tools for the firm’s marketing department in conjunction with the rollout of our current (2014) website. These tools included email marketing, proposal generator, and event planning and are integrated within our current website.• Organize and execute large-scale business development events on an annual basis, including a 300-person day-long, multi-session seminar offering CLE credits where the goal is part defensive marketing, part business development, and the result is increased business contacts and additional work from current clients of the firm.• Member of Butzel Long’s Technology committee, which entails monthly meetings to review technology issues that occurred at the firm; address technology requests and determine next steps, and review technology budget on an annual basis and provide recommendations to the IT Director Board of Directors. • Assisted the firm’s library by managing the on-time and under budget roll out of West KM, a knowledge management system, to the firm’s six offices in Michigan, New York, and Washington, D.C.

Managed multiple, high profile projects from concept to final production. Key activities included the development and drafting of project specifications, contracts, service agreements and change requests, negotiating pricing, working closely with customers and an off-shore production staff, and meeting or exceeding the customer's expectations.
