Key duties include: - Developed and conduct the course curriculum for AEEE 4039, "Selected Topics in InternationalAgricultural Development", to be held next in the Spring of 2022 with a management focus- Respond to opportunities to provide faculty, staff and students in both the LSU College of Agriculture (CoA) and the LSU AgCenter to increase their participation in international educational activities in Agriculture and related fields. - Project Management Coordination – Coordinated LSU AgCenter support and communication with partner institutions for: a project designed to provide technical assistance to USAID/Ghana (8/10-2/12); The Feed the Future-based Food and Enterprise Development Project in Liberia (9/11-6/12; in which the LSU AgCenter is sub-contracted to Development Alternatives International); a Food Safety Project in Armenia (9/12-6/15); an agricultural R&D project in Haiti (6/17 - present; in which the LSU AgCenter is sub-contracted to the University of Florida); eight USDA-funded Borlaug Fellowships (1/18-present) and a USDA-funded Cochran Fellowship Training Program (10-11/17)- New Business Coordination – Coordinated the preparation of thirty-four successful proposals or other documents that resulted in a total of 4.8 million dollars awarded to LSU. - Strategic Planning and Evaluation – Contributed to the strategic planning grant between Cuttington University of Liberia and the Southern University/LSU AgCenters, particularly through the Nominal Group Process. Evaluated adoption and impact resulting from a Leadership training program in Liberia and identified potential collaborative research links between the LSU AgCenter and both the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and the Slovak University of Agriculture.- Supervised two Program Coordinators, including professional enhancement and performance appraisal.

Duties included the following:- Program Management - Coordinated over two hundred on-field activities with farmers, the distribution of one hundred and ninety goats and commercial linkages.- Administrative Management - Administered all logistical and financial matters and represented CARE Moçambique on the project, district and provincial level.- Personnel Management - Oversaw eight project staff and over twenty support staff. Coordinated recruitment, training and evaluation of all personnel.

Primarily contributed to the Agricultural Recovery Program in Mozambique. Accomplishments:- Monitoring & Evaluation - Conducted the following: a survey of 1,500 farmers; assessment of market access; contact farmer participation; and crop yields.- District Management - Oversaw field stations totaling 15 hectares (as pictured below), supervised twelve technicians and directed rural rehabilitation and development in 12 precincts.- Staff Development - Conducted orientation and training strategy for District’s extension component and prepared host country national to succeed me.

Under an evaluation for the USDA-funded Youth At-Risk Program, I designed survey forms, interviewed stakeholders and co-authored seven evaluation reports of youth development projects.
