On the job, he has worked on many challenges that reflect common complexities in his profession including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, multi-threaded and async , and data processing.Jonathan previously worked for the Department of Homeland Security under contract with Technik inc as a Software Developer. He assisted with development based task and black box testing to accelerate the efforts of his team. He uses his free time to study programming in Java and C#, practicing visualizations with D3.js and using discrete mathematics to write programs for solving algorithmic problems. Jonathan is also working to produce a 2D role playing game that explores a hybrid system of turn and action based fighting with dynamic story line development by breaking linear narratives into components and reforming them base on players actions.
