With 30 Years experience, Jonathan offers a bespoke financial planning service to around 45 families. Jonathan helps them understand the things most important to them, develops a compelling vision for their future and creating a financial plan that brings this into reality. Jonathan says 'it is simply financial planning as it should be' His clients are passionate about getting the most out of life. Jonathan has been awarded the following honors:- Fellowship with Personal Finance Society - Awarded to a few individuals who have evidenced the highest level of knowledge, professionalism, integrity and ethical standing in the Financial Planning community.- Chartered Financial Planner – One of the first to achieve this award in Oxfordshire.- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) – Recognised around the world.- Investment Management Certificate (IMC®) & Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Level I.- Registered Life Planner (RLP®) – An award for advanced coaching skills in Financial Life Planning.Jonathan feels the financial planning world focuses too much on the money and not enough on the individuals concerned. He says, ‘Fancy investment schemes are all very well but if they don’t take into account the dreams of the people they are for it proves a pointless and unfulfilling exercise’. Jonathan set up his firm, Expert Wealth Management, nearly 16 years ago to develop a financial planning experience that concentrates on the individual and the dreams that they have. Only then using his financial planning knowledge and experience to develop a financial plan that helps them achieve the most important things to them. Married to Nancy and together set up The Nasio Trust, a UK registered charity, which supports disadvantaged children young people in Kenya. They have taken the trust from humble beginnings with only 15 orphans, to now caring for nearly 400 children. Jonathan also loves the outdoors and undertaking the on adventure or two.
