Like politics, where I enjoy helping people solve their problems. In real estate, this includes helping people navigate the selling process and/or helping them find the home of their dreams. In 2013, I was in the top 11% of all Southwestern Indiana Association of Realtor members in number of properties closed.

Initiated the process in the billing and collection of $160 million in property taxes by leading, managing and motivating staffers in the ethical and equitable distribution of property taxes. Oversaw $11 billion in assessed value and over 80,000 parcels.  Seamlessly assimilated 9 assessor offices into one office and saved taxpayers $400,000 Settled over 9,700 assessment appeals in a time frame when only 1/3 were settled by previous administrations Appeal numbers dropped 75% Walked over 500 doors to give tax relief to flooding victims Updated GIS technology and website to save taxpayers millions on state mandated reassessment
