- Managing the campaign calendar and budget- Developing briefs for external suppliers including creative, media and PR agencies- Developing and managing promotional and advertising material in line with marketing objectives- Managing and implementing ATL and BLT media buying strategy to report on the performance of advertising campaigns and various media channels- Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain knowledge and to enable contribution to quality project outcomes

- Organising, gathering information for and executing creative email blasts - Ensuring Chinese marketing translations are correct and altered to be culturally accurate- Manage annual marketing budget- Planning and executing the marketing strategy for the Asian market- Monitoring and coordinating targeted marketing programs, including, brochure production, press advertising, signboards, web listings and mailouts- Generate new marketing initiatives to maintain and increase market share

- Instrumental in the coordination administration and on-site management of all events.- Managing multiple event calendars and meeting all deadlines throughout the year, including Australia China BusienssWeek Series, China Digital Conference, Australia China Expo and B2B Expo- Ensuring event exhibitors receive outstanding customer service pre-event, during event and post event.- Coordination of suppliers and contractors locally and internationally including liaison, briefings and managing logistical operations.- Sales Support and Administration including prepare sales documents, sponsorship proposals, and database management. - Exhibition Floor Plan Management

- Developing and delivering sales support/customer services document, including Event Information Document, Sponsorship Proposal, and Post Event Review- Work closely with the copywriter, to creatively develop artwork for social media and website update, including infographics, website banners, and third party advertisement. - Responding effectively to the customer by directing them to the relevant department contacts within the business.- Overseeing event collaterals' production and timely delivery including flyers, magazines, and pop up banners.

- Document translation from English to Chinese- Manage multiple event listing and update the information as event production process evolving. - General administration duties - Event onsite photography and internal creative gallery management

- Produce Interior Design and Sustainable Design related article to regular deadlines in Chinese language- Create artwork associated with the article to better explain the content- Produce quality article in Local Tourism from time to time.
