The investment programme delivered additional manufacturing capacity, capability and flexibility, asset replacement, supply network reconfiguration and additional network storage capacity. There were significant financial and other benefits associated with the investment programme.Key achievements:•Programme management of a fully automated high bay warehouse with capex value of £45m. Delivered on time, to budget and now fully operational.•Defined and agreed individual project scope and deliverables within the overall programme framework.•Defined, mobilised and led the cross functional project delivery teams associate with each project.•Programme management for defined areas of the overall programme – cost management; quality management; project planning; milestones; change control; issue escalation and resolution; risk management and mitigation.•Co-ownership of the integrated programme plan.•Co-ownership and development of the programme governance processes.•Development of stakeholder management plans and active project stakeholder management.•Programme status reporting to the programme steering committee reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer.•Ensuring delivery of all elements of programme business cases and the defined programme benefits.
