I am a Principal Program Lead serving International Finance at Chick-fil-A, supporting ongoing operations in locations outside of the US, and future International market expansion. It's exciting to get to be a part of advancing Chick-fil-A's shared vision to be the World’s Most Caring Company.I regularly collaborate with and lead across Chick-fil-A's 16 Financial Services sub-departments and 7+ cross-functional departmental functions to provide a strategic perspective and drive the financial execution of Chick-fil-A’s International growth strategy into both new and existing international markets. This role demands me to be an agile thinker, an influential partner, and a strong communicator that can flex with the growth of a fast-paced and challenging work environment.Most often, I accomplish my work via informal influence and strategic communication, though I take regular opportunity to "roll up my sleeves" and join the teams I get to serve with, building trust along the way. I love engaging in the unique relationship I have with so many individual business owners across the globe. Each one is unique, which adds a different flavor to each relationship. I strive to help others understand the "why" when decisions are made that impact them or when I request action from them, in order to maintain a high level of trust in our organization. I also focus on advocating and championing others' ideas (even if I am in disagreement) in order to make sure each idea has a seat at the table and the best solution can be picked for each problem. Chick-fil-A is unlike any other company. It is rewarding to grow of a culture that balances results and relationships so well, and it is a joy to work closely with so many others whose aim is to have positive influence on all with whom they are in contact.Outside of work, I enjoy running, rock climbing, hiking, grabbing food/drink with friends, playing music, and spending time with my wife and daughter. I graduated from the University of Georgia in May of 2015 with a BBA in Finance.
