As part of the business advisor team at AIB, my role is to take and assess credit applications over the phone from SME and agricultural customers, as well as providing advice on suitable business lending and other financial products based on the customers needs. There is also a proactive element to the role which sees us making outbound contacts with customers to advise of relevant products and services.

I became involved with Digital Knight from the outset of the company, working with a small team to deliver animated and static graphic assets for websites, digital signage and various instore communications. Primarily working with clients in the convenience store and fast moving consumer goods industry. During my last year with the company I was the sole designer.

My first design job saw me working with a small team producing animated content for in-store advertising screens.
