I'm Jonathan Jean de Carvalho, 29 years old, Married and I have a 2 year old boy, Bachelor in Production Engineering, with 9 years of experience working in a car manufacturer, I learned a lot about production processes, how to create a process to the part to develop a process standard, using STP a lot, my greatest experience is continuous improvement and optimizing production processes, aiming at a better work system with adequate processes, with the Kaizen tools, Just-in-time, PDCA, is it is possible to leave the processes with a higher efficiency in quality, productivity, less rework in the process, more efficiency of the operator, and a process that the operator will feel comfortable in performing the function. It was part of my job to be involved with continuous improvement of the process, such as time, quality, cost reduction, works such as cause and effect diagram, fishbone, 5S + S, developing an improvement work in the selected processes, I was part of to change the production platform, part of the work process layout was mounted on the conventional brake piping system and hybrid system, elaborating a better production standard for the process operator, which in this case was me, for better assembly of the process, aiming at firstly the quality of the process, and thus building efficiency, a better working system, without wasting time, and reworking the parts used for assembly. So I have extensive experience in production processes, using the right tools for continuous improvement, optimizing production processes, implementing new processes, defining a better work layout, quality of processes. I am a person with a positive and open attitude, a team player with the ability to evaluate different technical solutions, I am organized, responsible, observant, focused, and I know how to work as a team.
